Some care is still needed due to the Mystic's inherent low health and armor, but with the right set of abilities, their squishiness can be mitigated. Playing Multiplayer? Not to worry, as long as one player in the group has the DLC, everyone will have access to the new armors and skins. This build can struggle dealing with large numbers of enemies, but for focusing down hardened targets, there is probably no better build in the game. A compromise could be a special event or place where someone can be re-trained into another class. Not everyone will think just to stick a bow and that 3rd mystic. Or maybe your Crowtouched mystic has always had a bit of a "saurian" streak.Įach transformation has at least one new skin: I can definitely live with it if that's the case, but I also see the potential for it to be an annoyance for someone less flexible or creative with builds. Multiple Wolftouched hunters in your party? Now you can tell them apart! Your Crystalline warrior can be rough or refined, to match her fighting style. Make Your Heroes Stand Out with New Transformation Skins! The DLC also adds 42 new transformation skins, allowing for further customization of your transformed heroes. Try an armored battle-mage, an assassin hunter, or a gladiator warrior with lots of movement. Aside from wings, any other transformations that might be useful? Thanks.About This Content Customize Your Adventuring Party with the Armors and Skins DLC!This DLC unlocks four new armor types per class (with two tiers each) and four new Humble Ginnings per class, for a total of 36 new outfits-this triples the number of armors in the game! Each armor also brings its own new set of stats and mechanics, allowing you to explore new builds for your heroes. Character is still a noob but so far has Vigorflow+ and I gave him a crossbow to make a range mystic. Oh, and I have a mystic with a book that adds +1 infusion. My question is, do you just play one character repeatedly and not saving for legacy until you get the skills you want? That seems logical (I guess there are mods I can use but I've been holding off going that route.) One of my first characters took the wolf transformation (before I knew much of anything about the game) and she turned out fun to play, but I've taken her on almost every run since and now sitting at four stars she still has not been offered rogue. It's taken many, many hours of three chapter procedural runs to finally get the core skills on one character since I find it exceptionally difficult to get rogue for some reason. □įor making builds, I'm finding it difficult to get core skills for some builds, e.g. Hi RisingDusk, I've been watching your Wildermyth Youtube videos. I'm curious what people's favourite transformation/class combos are and how you use them in battle? I have a mystic going through a Sylvan transformation but I've genuinely not yet seen the final version of this yet so I don't actually know what kind of playstyle will come with this. I have both a Hunter and Warrior who are fire, at the moment I think it probably suits the Hunter best, but the warrior hasn't finished transforming yet so we'll see. I also have a warrior with crow wings but he has a rare artifact weapon so I'm not quite ready to fully transform him at this stage. I have a Hunter Wolf, and although the wolf can't do range which hunters are good for, I like putting him in the greyplane to sneak up on enemies and basically destroy enemies with high physical defense in a single turn. As in, her interfusions give her more physical attack as well as provides defense, also giving her the ability to do more interfusions, so that her physical attacks as a crow do some damage and I can put her on the front line. Like, do you prefer a class that plays to the transformation's strengths, like bear and warrior? Or do you get interesting benefits from less intuitive combos?Ĭurrently I have a Mystic who's a crow, but the way I've evolved her as a mystic is one that specifically benefits melee fighting. I'm just curious what people think are the best classes for specific transformations.
